George Cunningham has been providing records management consulting services since 1974. His career in the records management discipline includes work with two boutique records management consulting firms (I.B.S.[74-76] and Informaco [76-83]), the founding of another firm (Information and Office Systems, Inc.) in partnership with A. Litchard Dickenson [83-86], the creation of the ARC/ARCPlus family of records management software and five years with the Management Consulting Services Group of Price Waterhouse where he headed their records management consulting practice. On leaving Price Waterhouse in December of 1993, Mr. Cunningham continued his involvement in the records management discipline by establishing George C. Cunningham & Associates, a records management consultancy.John Montaņa, Esq. started his law practice and his records management career in 1993. At Information Requirements Clearinghouse he supervised legal research for publications addressing commercial information management law, including regulatory compliance, litigation and discovery, and other related legal matters. He subsequently joined BrainCore where he was a consultant on legal issues associated with records and information management, including records retention schedules, emerging issues in content management and the internet, and the use of advanced storage media. While with BrainCore, Mr. Montaņa also supervised legal research and development of content for a commercial database product containing information management laws and regulations. After leaving BrainCore in 1999, Mr. Montaņa established Montaņa & Associates, a records management consultancy. Cunningham & Montaņa, Inc. From 1999 until 2002 Mr. Cunningham and Mr. Montaņa worked closely together on a number of records management projects for a variety of clients. In 2002, responding to a growing demand for their services, they merged their practices to form Cunningham & Montaņa, Inc. The combination of the two firms has resulted in the ability to provide a broader range of independent and unbiased records management consulting services to their clients. The firm continues its strategy of controlled growth with the addition to staff of selected professionals. PelliGroup, Inc. Starting in 2007, Cunningham & Montaņa, Inc. officially changed their name to PelliGroup, Inc. Firm management and ownership remains the same.
